Terms of Service
Last updated September 3, 2026
These terms govern your use of Reckon Cloud and the software published at this address. By subscribing, you agree to them.
What you are buying
Reckon Cloud is a hosted accounting, inventory and business management system, sold as a monthly subscription. You are buying access to the software for the period you have paid for, not a copy of it.
Each subscription provisions a separate database and a web address for your business. Only people you invite can sign in to it.
Payment and renewal
Payment is taken by Paddle.com, which acts as the merchant of record for every order. Your contract of sale for the transaction is with Paddle; your contract for the service is with us.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the price shown on the pricing page, until cancelled. We will tell you at least 30 days before any price change affects you.
Prices exclude sales tax and VAT, which Paddle calculates and adds at checkout according to where you are.
Your data
The data you enter remains yours. We store and process it only to provide the service, and we do not sell it or use it to train anything.
You may export your data at any time while the subscription is active. After cancellation we retain your database for 30 days so you can ask for a copy, and delete it after that.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to break the law, to store data you have no right to hold, or to attack, overload or reverse engineer the platform.
You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter and for keeping your sign-in credentials secret. We are not your accountant and the software is not tax advice.
Availability and support
We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee it. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where practical.
Support is by email at , in Arabic or English, on working days.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend an account for non-payment or for a serious breach of these terms, after telling you why and giving you a reasonable chance to fix it.
You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal; it does not shorten the period you have already paid for.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms. Material changes are announced by email at least 30 days before they take effect, and continuing to use the service after that means you accept them.
These terms are governed by the law of Egypt.
This document is a plain-language summary of the agreement between you and Reckon Cloud. If anything here is unclear, write to us before you subscribe.
