Refund and Cancellation Policy

What happens to your money if the software is not what you needed.
The free trial comes first
Every plan starts with a free trial so you can put real work through the system before paying. No card is needed to begin, and nothing is charged until the trial ends.
Fourteen-day refund
If you are unhappy within 14 days of your first payment, write to and we will refund it in full. You do not have to give a reason.
Refunds are issued by Paddle to the payment method you used, and usually appear within 5 to 10 working days depending on your bank.
After the first 14 days
Renewals are not refundable as a rule, because you keep access for the period you paid for. If something went genuinely wrong — a long outage, a charge you did not expect, a duplicate payment — tell us and we will put it right.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from your billing page, or by writing to . Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then and are not charged again.
Cancelling does not delete your data straight away. We keep the database for 30 days so you can request an export.
Statutory rights
This policy sits on top of the rights the law gives you, including the EU and UK right of withdrawal for consumers. It never replaces them.
Because Paddle.com is the merchant of record, refund requests can also be sent to Paddle directly and they will act on them.
