Complete ERP, in Arabic and English
Run the whole business from one set of books
Sales, purchasing, inventory and double-entry accounting in one system. Every invoice you issue posts itself to the ledger, so the trial balance is right the moment you look at it.
Your own database, your own address, your own data.
Dashboard
Sales, receivables and cash at a glance the moment you sign in.
- Double-entry from the first invoice
- VAT return computed from the ledger
- Arabic and English throughout
- A separate database for every business
What is inside
One system instead of five spreadsheets
Every part writes to the same ledger, so nothing has to be reconciled by hand at the end of the month.
Sales and invoicing
Quotations, invoices and credit notes with tax rules per line. Numbers are issued by the system, so there are no gaps and no duplicates.
Purchasing and suppliers
Bills, debit notes and supplier statements. Aged payables read from the ledger, so what you owe agrees with the balance sheet.
Inventory that only moves on a voucher
Goods leave the warehouse when a delivery voucher says they did, never because a piece of paperwork was raised. Part deliveries are just another voucher.
Double-entry accounting
A chart of accounts, manual journals with a draft stage, and an append-only ledger. Corrections are reversals, so the audit trail survives.
Financial statements
Trial balance, profit and loss, balance sheet and cash flow, all computed from journal entries for any date range you ask for.
VAT and tax
Output and input tax kept on separate accounts, so the VAT return shows both sides of the period rather than only the difference.
Payroll and staff custody
Payslips that accrue in the month earned and pay when the money leaves. Cash advances stay an asset until they are accounted for.
Cheques and bank reconciliation
Incoming and outgoing cheques through their whole life, and a reconciliation that ties to the bank statement line by line.
Printed documents
Invoices, vouchers and statements as PDFs laid out for Arabic, with your logo, stamp and commercial register on them.
The system

Questions
Before you ask
Is my data mixed in with other businesses?
No. Every business gets its own database and its own address. There is no shared table your rows sit in beside somebody else, so a query written for one business cannot reach another.
Does it work in Arabic?
Throughout, including the printed invoices and vouchers. You can switch language without losing anything.
Can I import what I already have?
Yes. Customers, suppliers, items and opening balances can be brought in, and historical document numbers are kept rather than renumbered.
What happens to my books if I leave?
You can export your data at any time while the subscription is live, and we will provide a copy of your database on request after you cancel.
Who takes the payment?
Paddle. They are the merchant of record for every order, which is why your card statement and your invoice both name them rather than us.
Can I change plan later?
Any time, up or down. The change is prorated by Paddle against what you have already paid.
Put the books in one place
